It’s the total core workout. In this class you will focus on basic abdominal work and lower back exercises. Equipment options that may be used include: the bosu balance trainer, the step, and weights. This class will help develop a toned physique and improve total body strength, while developing your core muscles.
A gentler paced, low impact workout focusing on cardiovascular conditioning and joint specific, precise movements specifically designed to challenge & improve overall strength and range of motion. This class is taught to engage all fitness levels.
Exercises without the barre. This unique class incorporates classical ballet and principles to both routines and exercises. Taught by an instructor with over 30 years of professional ballet experience.
Take a ride with us in our indoor cycle studio. Together we will climb hills to build strength and endurance, and sprint to ensure a great cardiovascular workout.
Held the last Sunday of the month. An incredible “no hold bar” class that’s certain to kick your butt and leave you breathless. This class is 90 minutes. This class is on schedule for the last Sunday of each month.

Increase your core strength, flexibility to your muscle balance, and overall structural harmony using classic Pilates exercises, Pilates inspired core & balance & strength moves are fused with unique variations. Resistance bands, gliders, and mini balls may be used.

Express your inner Dance Diva & learn to shake, groove, spin, & pop. Try new styles—jazz, hip hop, lyrical, salsa, contemporary, and even krumping.
Step & Sculpt
Great cardio step workout with cool, fun-to-learn moves broked down into two to four choreography blocks. Dumbbell and/or resistance band exercises are added for sculpting.
No rules, no safety net, no tap downs. Just the most artistic step choreography. This is an advanced Step class.
This class combines the cardio burn of cycling with the muscle endurance and strengthening of a strength conditioning class. You will work through 7 – 15 minute intervals alternating work on the bike with muscle & core work on the floor. This interval class will condition your total body and leave you begging for more.
Total Body Conditioning
Tone and sculpt your entire body with resistance training and/or interval work. You will improve your muscular strength using body bars, dumbbells, body weight, and other equipment. Cardio Intervals and HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) drills may be incorporated in this format. Activities will progress from low to high intensity. Classes may be strength or cardio focused, or a combination of the two. All levels of fitness are welcome.
A yoga practice where movement and breath are linked. This yoga is a supported, conscious mind/body practice. You will focus on opening up the body to relieve tension and increase flexibility. Provides a greater ease of movement and allows the mind and body to rest deeply leaving you feeling refreshed and restored.
An energetic and invigorating class that will incorporate elements from the various styles of yoga into a powerful vinyasa, or ‘flow’, series. You will work through a number of breath-synchronized movements. The benefits of Yoga include an increase in flexibility and strength, improved muscle tone, and improved posture.
The dynamic blend of Yoga and Pilates increases strength, core stability, flexibility, and agility. Leave this class feeling strong and rejuvenated.
