WSAC offers a wide range of exciting class formats. Our schedule is full of cycle, yoga, Zumba, kickboxing and body conditioning classes. Here are some of the recently added classes:

Barre Boot Camp

Is a challenging barre class that uses light weights. Participants will work both on and off the barre to shape every muscle group from shoulders to legs.

Power Barre

Is a more traditional barre class with dance conditioning movements that especially target the glutes, hamstrings and core.


Is just as it sounds. We have brought the DVD workout into our club so you can experience it live. All body weight drills consist of four different 30 second drills followed by 30 seconds of recovery. And the abs section is intense as you perform eight, one minute drills all in a row.

Max Sculpt

Offers participants a fantastic opportunity to enjoy the benefits of weight conditioning. The instructor will take you through a solid workout using barbells, dumbbells and body weight exercises.


Stands for High Intensity Interval Training. The challenging work out includes intense bouts of drills followed by recovery. The class usually includes squat thrusts, push ups and other basic calisthenics.

Step and Sculpt

Is an oldie but goodie. Traditional choreography is mixed in with weight conditioning to make this retro format fresh again.

Super Circuit

Keeps you moving from one station to the next. Everything is timed so you can choose how many of each drill you do which accommodate all fitness levels. Between each cardio round active recovery will consist of dumbbell or body weight drills.

We also have one of the most comprehensive Aqua Fitness schedules around. Offering 16 classes you have a choice of either morning or evening classes Monday-Sunday.
